Step 3: Execute & Log

Now comes the most rewarding part: getting books into the hands of those who need them. Start collecting gently used or new books and prepare them for delivery. All chapters are expected to:

  • Organize at least one donation drive per semester (minimum)

  • Ensure books are age-appropriate, culturally respectful, and relevant to the receiving organization’s needs

  • Keep a clear record of donations using the Book Logging Form provided

Each donation must include a photo, recipient confirmation (if possible), and a short summary of your chapter’s efforts. This helps us maintain transparency, showcase your chapter’s work, and uphold the integrity of our movement. Chapters that are unable to meet documentation standards may risk disaffiliation.

But when you follow through, you don’t just donate books—you become part of a growing global network of youth leaders advancing literacy and equity, one chapter at a time.
